Well, they said there would be three big announcements. one is the 40gb ps3, obviously. The other two I'm not sure of. Home is definitely one of them, but I'm not sure if Home and Firmware 2.0 would be considered the same announcement, or whether those separately make up the other two big announcements.

I'm hoping there's another big announcement in addition to all this. Team Ico? Oh please yes!

I don't know why I'm spending so much time speculating on all of this. I only have to wait until tomorrow to find out. :P

Thank goodness there is less then a day till we will have that answer and find out all of what Sony has planned. Maybe a new game that has been in development and is close to release that they leaked no information out on that will be a huge new hit? (I'm reaching with that, but I'm just hoping. )
