Forums - Sony - Namco robs Sony

while it may hurt sony, if the games are multiplatform then it doesn't hurt consumers in the slightest

This won't affect Sony at all. Those two are good game devs, but in the range of Raven Software and From Software, so no harm done really.

GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

Hopefully Namco will tell Ninja Theory to make games that lasts longer than 4 hours XD
Don't know much about Games Republic other than that I want to play Folklore :)

There's a remake of the Clash of the Titans?
Why does Hollywood have to ruin classics.

Still hopeful it'll be good.

Sam Worthington ( who was good in Terminator Salvation) and Liam Nesson are in it. And the Transporter director is directing this ( I'm one of the many who thought Incredible Hulk was better than Ang Lee's version) so it should be good.

The tie in game...not so much....esp. if they're trying to go God of War -like ( which what they mostly likely are doing.)

lol wat ? ninja theory hasn't done a ps3 game for a long time. I'm surprised they haven't gon bankrupt.

I came into the thread thinking it might be insomiac or something XD

when does 2 years = long time?

Remedy hasn't done a game in a long time too...guess they're bankrupt also...

So now Namco can develop some realistic giant enemy crabs?

I've played Heavenly Sword, Folklore and the demo of Genji. With the exception of Heavenly Sword they hardly felt worth playing. Folklore was so boring yet I decided that since I had rented it with Gamefly I was going to beat it before I sent it back and I eventually did. There was no sense of accomplishment to be found.

Folklore was a good game kinda disappointed that we wont see a sequel. Same with Heavenly Sword. Genji welll uhhh

Black Women Are The Most Beautiful Women On The Planet.

"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.

Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi

"Namco Bandai has effectively robbed Sony of two of its better developers."

==> fail ...

article is pathetic and is clearly fanboy driven dribble. both them devs were always independant , they just made a few games on ps3 , they have a right to go with other publishers if they want.

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk

really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...

Liam Nesson means i'll watch it.

And the transport directors Hulk film was better than Ang Lee's.
Shame he didn't get to do the Uber final fight he invisioned.

Tim Roth without being Abomination would still put the shits in the Hulk.

The game...

will be crap and I don't care for it.

lol, can i laugh? both developers are independent studios - they were making games like Heavenly Sword and Folklore then showed them to different publishers since Sony was interested they made those games as ps3 exclusive and that's the whole story. this "article" is just sad.
