When developed for correctly, the Wii pwns the PS2 graphically. The problem is, most developers don't put very much effort into Wii development, resulting in crappy ports/games that actually look worse than PS2 games.

People answering a question in the opposite direction of what you believe is not trolling.  Stop wasting my time with such reports.  Someone saying "PS2" in answer to this is not trolling, just means they're wrong.

I think it's PS3, X360, XBOX, Wii, GC, PS2. The quality of the graphics also depend on the size of the game world so I'm not sure about the Xbox and Wii but I haven't seen the Wii release anything as good looking as Halo 2 or Fable. The Wii could end up with the best graphics once developers are able to do more with it though. But the average Wii game does look uglier then the average xbox game (or PS2 games for that matter) because most developers aren't trying hard enough to make Wii games look good.

Wii is more powerful than PS2, that is a fact, but games released recently do not look all that better than ps2 games, for example wii sports resort looks like an early PS2 game.

So I can create a topic "Wii vs PS3 graphics" and claim that the wii is largely superior, it is not trolling is it only a wrong idea and the topic can go on?

The question IS which has better graphics, and the Wii is capable of better graphics from the hardware, so Wii> PS2

Now if you are going to compare specific games, then you need to discuss the difference between the games.

Yet, if you're going to compare the capability of graphics between systems, the Wii is significantly better. It's just the way it is. Arguing against this is just proof of ignorance.
