So you see all these people listing all these great games and I noticed like only some of them mention some of the great Wii games but most of them are from Nintendo like New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Metroid Prime Trilogy, Wii Sports Resort, Wii Fit Plus. All I keep hearing are games like Uncharted 2, God of War 3, Halo:ODST, Modern Warfare 2, Bioshock 2, etc. But people are forgetting great Wii games like Red Steel 2, Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, No More Heroes 2 : Desperate Struggle, Cursed Mountain, Spyborgs, Tatsunoko vs Capcom. And another thing that bothers me is people just hyping the 360 or ps3 version. Well when Street Fighter 4 came out there were a lot of people talking about it and stuff. And then Tatsunoko vs Capcom, which is almost as good as Street Fighter 4,gets announce to North America and people barely notice it. /rant

Because People, the Consumers, need to like a game enough to write in those Journals.

People hate the Wii dude. It's the Antichrist.

Wii.......the majority of gaming media doesn't like it. As for the games, you have to look past the shovelware. Some games are underrated, like on all consoles.

Because journalists are paid to write articles people will buy magazines for and people are much more likely to buy magazines that deal with topic they are familiar with and interested in.

Over 10 million people bought COD MW, just over 1 million bought red steel, would you rather sell a magazine to a potential base of 10 million or 1?

It's because wii gamers already know how awesome Wii games are, they don't need to be reminded.

It's because they don't play or care about the Wii. They only want to talk about things that excite them.

While there are many "good" Wii games, they aren't "great" like the 360/ps3/pc games that get the attention. There's no Wii fps that can compare to Cod6, for example.
