Since it's the same exact story, i'll use my response:
Impossible. It's got a decent chance of doing that for games released in 2009 (though it has fierce competition from Wii Sports Resort and NSMBWii, in all likelihood), but if we discount Wii Sports (which is only fair), it would still be impossible to stand up to other games this generation: Mario Kart Wii, Wii Fit, Wii Play, possibly Grand Theft Auto IV also (though that will be closer in the end), and then it has to beat Titans from the past. No way is it beating Gran Turismo 3, Pokemon Red/Blue, and a few others.

Well nothing is impossible..
I think he's basing the "chance" from the amount of preorders (total) and how much time until the game is released.
GameStop sees how many times the game is preordered, daily, even hourly, not to mention the preorders in other stores, and judge by the time until the game is released and come up with a good idea..

I would call Wii Fit an Exercise Program, not a game, but that's just me..
I also will never count Wii Sports (other then the game sold separate) Sales Numbers, it was free with every Wii.
If it was thrown in as a bundle for a few months like other games ya sure if it was for a short time, but from beginning to end, just to show different ways to use Wii Mote Controls.. no..
But again, just MO
