Forums - Microsoft - FFXIII To Ship On "About" Three DVDs On Xbox360

What? Three DVDs ONLY? Lost Odyssey came with four DVDs. FFXIII sucks confirmed!

Such wise words! /lulz

On Topic: If the multi-disc ends up beings like SO4's issue (where you need to go back for more quests or storyline and you have to switch discs every few mins.) then thats not good.

But i don't really care i guess for FFXIII because i plan to buy both PS3 and 360 and then compare my self, if the 360 version isn't up to par with the PS3 one im selling both as soon as im done because thats there main excuse of taking so long, if any studio is arrogant this gen its Square Enix because they feel everyone should wait up on them because the brand that is "Final Fantasy" is awe-inspireing and they should wait and deal with it.

Well i'll pass judgement my self to see if all the fucking sweet old time they took to MAKE the game and then port the game was well worth it in the end.

Toriyama says that we should expect about 40 to 50 hours worth of gameplay for the main quest, so a minute or two dedicated to ejecting, swapping and reloading probably won't mean much in the long run.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME? so for backtracking etc you will have to keep swapping disks?

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk

really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...

I wanna know if the PS3 version will have an install.......I hope not.

You know on FF games you're going to have to back track for certain things. That'd be f-ed up if you have to swap just for certain things.

can't wait for Track Season 2009/2010, guna beast out!

Travis Touchdown ERECTION CONFIRMED!

Thats the only real thing be-sides voice acting that really pissed me off about SO4, i hated going back for more stuff and having to change the disc for every 2 planets, was a hassle.

That's the worst possible offender I can think of.

"What won't be on the disc(s) for either version will be the native Japanese language track, unless you're buying the Japanese version"

I don't think japanese dub fans are going to be impressed when they find out that the japanese language track won't be included on the playstation 3 version. Kitase did say that the playstation 3 version would be able to hold another language track thanks to bluray. But not on the xbox 360 version, due to lack to space dvd offers. Kitase also said that the playstation 3 version won't be affected by the xbox 360. If so, why no japanese track? If its not because of the xbox 360, then what?

Well, Square Enix has to be "fair" to 360 owners, so ps3 owners might as well shut up.

yes, that's a sarcasm >_>
