She won't make it in the WWE.

Yeah, she'd Aj Lee in their first match, then they'd have to fire her to protect AJ so she can continue to destroy the division.

On another note, I was reading the dirtsheets, something about Snitsky and TNA.  In the news, they mentioned when he was on TNA for like a day with Ezekiel Jackson.  I was like "Why do I remember that name?", then after searching for him, I was reminded about Monty Brown.  He was such a force in TNA, then he became nothing in WWE (Though, that wasn't WWE's fault).  Then I was remembering the old TNA days.  I miss them.  Hell I remember talking with my friend and he was telling me that a lot of the X-Division used to wrestle at like clubs and the such (Live near Toronto).

I mean, I don't think it's that big a deal that the championship isn't up for grabs. Probably don't want to waste Lesnar on a B level PPV like HIAC anyway.

And wow... She'd make a mockery of the Divas Division. Dat lick :O

So I was watching some of the drunken shoot of Kevin Nash and Sean Waltman. Nash was saying that the screw job was a work. It got me thinking. Now I'm starting to agree with him O_O. What do you guys think? Was Bret in on it?

At least partially.  I've always said that the way people acted afterwards was so extremely silly that it was impossible to believe.

First and foremost, we're talking about an imaginary title.  No one "wins" wrestling titles, they're given to them based on what writers and booking agents decide is good for business.  Sure, the guy holding the title gets a bit more attention, but he wouldn't be there in the first place if he weren't doing a pretty good job of getting himself over.  For the guys at the very top, having that belt or not doesn't make all that much real-world difference.

Now, it's quite possible that Bret Hart didn't know the finish was going to happen that way and that he was angry about losing to Shawn Michaels in Canada and being mislead.  That wouldn't really surprise me.  However, all the stuff that came after, the heights to which the controversy climbed, it's hard to swallow.

If you want to look at the effect it had on the industry, it was the absolute best thing that could have happened for the WWF and Vince McMahon.  It vaulted McMahon to legendary heal status almost instantly.  It harkened back to the the old days, to when people really and truly hated the villain.  It was perfect.  All that publicity would also have been great for Hart, if his career hadn't ended soon afterwards.

I don't know if Hart was in on the original plan or not but I do believe both sides knew it was in their best interest to keep blowing it out of proportion and I think Vince had every intention of turning it into an important part of the narrative of his character.

That's a good take.  Like, Nash said it right.  Vince McMahon was selling the punch after he got it.  Like, he shouldn't have gotten a black eye after getting an uppercut.  Plus that was all caught and published in the documentary.  The one that just "happened" to be being filmed at the time.  The one that Vince McMahon "happened" to let happen when he was so protective of what went on in the back to keep the illusion of wrestling going.  Like, he wasn't even like "Don't put this on camera" or anything to make sure it wasn't it.  Plus Bret never sued despite having a 30 day clause written into his contract.  Though the bigger thing to me is the way Bret goes out of his way to defend Earl Hebner when he was the one that actually screwed him over (not Michael).  Hell Bret only agreed to the finish cause he believed Earl wouldn't screw him over.

I'm pretty sure that the whole situation was milked by everyone involved.  I mean, the whole locker room talking about quiting?  I don't believe that.  And the timing, to have it happen in Canada, that's way to perfect to be any kind of coincidence.

Regardless, I really hope it's a work, because the idea of Hart refusing to drop an imaginary title when told to do so by the owner of the company is ridiculous.

It's not so much Bret didn't want to drop the title. He didn't want to drop it to Michael. He would have given it to anyone. Bret sticks with him being willing to put anyone over as long as they'd give him the same respect. It's why he doesn't like Hogan. Cause Hogan wasn't willing to work with him. So for that I can believe. The problem is that there was a few weeks where Vince could have set up a story with another star like Austin or even Undertaker. But it "had" to be Shawn cause no other plan would have worked.

Hell In a Cell Match

 John Cena vs. Randy Orton

Hell In a Cell Match

 Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose

WWE Tag Team Title Match

The Usos vs. Stardust and Goldust

WWE Divas Title Match

 Paige vs. AJ Lee

WWE United States Title Match

 The Miz vs. Sheamus

Nikki Bell vs. Brie Bella

Loser must be “assistant” to winner for 30 days.

Big Show vs. Rusev

Ugh.  Rollins vs. Ambrose is the only thing I want to see out of that mess.  I never want to voluntarily witness a Bellas match ever again, I've seen the Usos vs. the Dusts EIGHT MILLION TIMES, Big Show puts me to sleep and that angle with the soldier is bloody stupid, and I absolutely don't care about watching Cena vs. Orton.

Also, why wasn't that "soldier" taken away in handcuffs?

I don't think I'd wanna watch this ppv, even for free.

I've been laughing at this for about five minutes straight.

All he needs is Hornswaggle on his back.
