People are just tired of Orton's character. He needs a make-over. He's been the same guy for so long that it's just tiresome. Face or heel, it's the same thing. They call him the Viper because snakes don't have very many different facial expressions.

Turn him into Golddust Neo.

It's hard to believe that, after all these years, the WWE has Cena and Orton back at the top. No disrespect intended toward either one of them but that really is boring.

The big issue is that unlike previous "snake" characters... he's really only any good as a full out heel.

Jake the Snake could transition between Face, Heel and Tweener effortlessly. Stone cold, sort of onl y did the anti-hero role well, but he was so good at it, it didn't matter. Face's can last. Heel's eventually wear thin.

I should have added more, I was trying to get at is will Orton hold back Bryan because Orton's an asshole?
