MitB and Cena are a bad combination. Only twice in history has the briefcase failed to be cashed in for a championship. Cena was involved both times. I guess WWE didn't have faith in Sandow as a champion. He could have at least pulled a Christian or a Miz and held the title for a short time.

Really though, that might of been worse for him.  I mean... look at Miz.

What the hell happened to him?

Or Aberto Del Rio.

Or Jack Swagger...

or really, any WHC.

I'd rather have the US or Intercontinental belts at this point.  The WHC seems like the place where failed main eventers go to die.

Hopefully Cena turns that around... meanwhile maybe they will use this chance to move sandow a bit away from "The Genius" Lanny Poffo and more towards a Ric Flair or Eddie Guerrero as far as a smart heel goes.

Part of me feels like they may be doing this on purpose too... I mean look at Daniel Bryan.  He was always popular, but what really got his attention up was the booking decision that screwed him via 17 second match.

I just wanted to point out that you were right.  Cena definitely turned the World Championship around.....

I think Cena becomes the unified champ.  Then again, when eveybody expected The Rock or Stone Cold to be the first undisputed champ, Jericho shocked the world and won.

I think Bryan and Punk will both lose their matches otherwise the Shield and Wyatt fam will look really weak.

Nattie wins over AJ Lee.

Sandow (was in line for a World Championship. How the mighty have fallen...) wins over Big E. Langston.  I think Langston is a transitional champ so that Sandow could get the title transferred from heel to heel without making them fight.

Ryback and Axel need the belt to get over so I say they win the tag match.

Ziggler beats Fandango--another guy that had hype and then lost his heat really fast.

I got a feeling they're breaking up, but who knows?

I dont see Big E lossing and he's a face.

Sorry. It takes too long to shorten a post on my phone. Not trying to make a huge quote tree--

I meant they wanted to get the IC Belt off of Curtis Axel and put it on Sandow without making a Sandow vs Axel match.  That's why I think Sandow will win.  I would have preferred a Ziggler vs Langston match, though.

And you could be right about the Shield.  They've been pushing Roman Reigns big time.  He's got the look that Vince McMahon likes.  He'll probably be flying solo soon.  I've been wanting Dean Ambrose to go on his own for a while, anyway.  He's great on the mic.  Just hope he doesn't ever wear traditonal ring attire.  He doesn't look physically imposing.

It's all guesses, though.  I'll keep track of the PPV via Twitter.

Did anyone see how over CM Punk and Daniel Bryan were at the Slammy Awards? I was smiling from ear to ear. Hopefully the powers that be do something great with these two. Give the people what they want!
