Motion control has gotten us up off the couch and breathed new life into old ips, and brought along some great new games along with it. With Nintendo back on the ball in terms of finances, new great titles are sure to continue to be on the way, and you can bet your asses the Wii will continue to satisfy long into its life.
The XBox 360 has been here proud and true, Microsoft's second console is a huge success, bringing shooters and other games to the everyday joe, it truly is brodening the core gaming audience by a large audience. With games like Halo and Gears of war the Xbox 360 has redefined the console shooter and provided a stellar online service that has paved the way for all online gaming services to come. The Free Online PSN is an excellent place to get great games and sits very nicely along side the paid LIVE making the console very attractive for 360 owners to grab the blu-ray, exclusives, and not worry about paying for another online service.
With each console having stellar line ups and existing games, It really is a wonderful time to be a gamer.
