Like... the busness plan is to get more buyers in the store. You may make less profit on a single item but it may turn into more sales. IE: If they buy another game.

I don't think you would get enough business to justify the less money.  Also, you would be forcing other retailers like walmart to price match you, which would make the whole point moot.  Anyway you look at this, it just couldn't work.

if you were to sell 2 games price matching used ones you'd get a bigger profit than selling one at normal price. more profit than the games just sitting on the shelf. Not only that but it builds up a customer relationship and they'll return and buy things at normal price. Wal-mart wont price match you because it isn't your price. Its gamestops. So unless walmart starts price matching used games too...

lol, yes Walmart would price match us.  We are selling new games cheaper, it's as simple as that.  If we started doing some new price match policy walmart would step up and do the same, or beat it.  Thats what walmart does.  That is how price matching works.  Also, you might make a dollar more in profit then you would of with those 2 games, but more than likely you wouldn't have that many customers buying that more because it isn't that cheaper.  Even when Best Buy has sales on games 10 dollars off there isn't that much increase in business.  Like I said before, any way you swing it, it just couldn't work.

I'm not sure some people what profit margin means...so I'll just let it go....lol.

Too bad, but there wasn't any way this could have worked out positively. I mean, the profit margins are narrow enough on software as it is...

But you'd sell more and increase your profits...that'll increase your profit margins (No NOT at all, but in fantasyland, maybe)...lol
