That would full of fail unless it has niceties - because you can buy a 250gb drive for like $50 max.

However, that's how it's always been. I bougth a 500GB HDD for less that the price difference between the 80GB and 160GB unit.

There's not really much of an advantage their in the eyes of the general consumer when they look at the 100$. Perhaps they'll throw in a game....

I'm gonna guess it will go for $349/349 euros. Unless it has a bundled in game or 2, then $399 for sure

That's the ironic thing about it Dgc. The 80GB was $400 with two games (KZ2 and MGS4) and the 160GB was $500 with one game (Uncharted). It would have been cheaper for me to buy Uncharted and 160GB or larger HDD than to buy the 160GB bundle. Some people just are wary of doing any sort of hardware upgrades. It's the reason the console market exists really. It's the same reason, you see people play $30+ for HMDI cables at brick and mortar retailers when you can get them online from Monoprice for $6 to 7$ including shipping.
