The failure rate doesn't really bother me, as the warranty helps to alleviate any concerns.

What does bother me, is the satisfaction survey of the companies customer service. That is a telling sign, don't you think?

Current Systems Owned: NSwitch/PS4/XONE/WiiU/3DS/2DS/PCGaming Rig-i7/ASUS i7 Gaming Laptop.

Previous Game Consoles: PS3/Xbox360/Wii/DSL/Pretty much every one thats been released since the Atari 2600.

In the end this came out to be a good thing. MS has vastly improved customer service and the 3 year warranty makes harder to say NO.
