The site currently has over 44,000 members. Do any of you start to feel that the site is starting to get too crowded or will in the future? If the site ever reaches into the millions, which I presume it will within the next 2 or 3 years, do you think more members will get shut out and trollers will take over? I like the smaller community of VGChartz, but the future looks bleak if hundreds of thousands of people clutter up the site.

This isn't totally bad news, though, as more people on this site means more exposure to the charts and community, but do you think the site will overrun within the next couple of years? Discuss.

A lot of those people signed in once and then never again. Plus some of them only look at the game pages, and do not post.

nordlead will have to do exercises so he won't sprain a finger from all the trolls he's going to have to ban :p

And also so he will continue to look like a slim Gabe Newell as opposed to the actual Gabe Newell.

Well, there is an easy way. Counteract it with subboards as to not let the forum be overrun.

44,000 to a million is a very large increase and it's probably not going to happen. Right now it seems good enough where annoying trolls are banned, and those that do comeback either continue until they get perma-banned or actually start becoming contributing members. There are actually a decent amount of people who seem to enjoy trolling on these forums, but from what I've seen so far it's taken care of rather quickly by the staff.
