I have to disagree with you, the one that was never given it's proper due was indeed the DreamCast, for heaven sake people forget it even came out last generation, in fact in most talks about last generation the dreamcast isn't even mentioned, it's always PS2, NGC, xbox, hell they go as far as even saying that it was the PS2 that launched the 6th console generation, but in reality it was the DreamCast not the PS2 that launched it.

PS2 is highly overrated 

I think the Gamecube was terribly underrated. It had great graphics and some excellent exclusives. It was my favorite console of last gen for sure.

I never got the chance to play a dreamcast, so I don't know how good it was.
