Also, he could have had plenty of attacks! Earthquake by slamming his hands on the ground, Pointer Finger of Death, Hair Impale, and plenty of others! Hell, "Hold It!" could have been a reversal!

No, he isn't. It's possible that he could be one of the five extra characters that are being added for the American version, but I wouldn't bet on it

what about "evidence" i haven't played a phoenix wright game, but this sounds like lots of posibilities, something like "evidence!!!" and he pulls out a hammer and attacks his foes.
