Forums - Sony - PS1 Games to PsP

I was wondering, can I put my PS1 Original Boxed games from my PS3 to my PsP?

I remember back in the day people said you can using remote play, if this is true, does this mean I have to be connected to the PS3 at all times?

Or is this just not possible?

Just use you're ps3 master account on the psp.

Just use the PSN store on your PSP, the PSP has its own area on PSN to buy games.

Right now Final Fantasy VII is the most popular and most bought game on PSP's PSN.

I have original boxed PS1 games that I want to put on my PsP, not the download versions, sorry if I didn't make it clear..

Is there a legit way of doing so?

The ps3 has to be on with the disc for the game that you want to play in the drive. Data is streamed to the psp from the ps3 constantly.

I don't know.

The range depends. If you're connecting to the PS3 directly, it's probably Bluetooth, so either 40 feet or metres, can't remember which. (Not sure about the previous part, but the next part I know for sure) However, if you like, you can fly to Paris, go to a hotel room with an internet connection, and if your PS3 is set to "remote play", or if it is on standby with remote start enabled, you can use remote play from there. It's a nifty feature which is often unused because a lot of games require the right analog stick and four shoulder buttons.

it uses the internal wifi of the psp and ps3, and if ur ps3 has an active connection to the internet then u can use it any time u have internet access, one time a buddy of mine turned his ps3 on while he was in europe and started playing metal gear solid and we live in the states.

Ok HOLD THE F'EN PHONE HERE...

I can play anywhere I want, that has WiFi ??

So if i'm at McDonalds I can access my PS3 and play games?

What games? Just PS1 games? or like Warhawk shit?
