Forums - Gaming - Rumor: Xbox 360+

Microsofts answer to the PS3 slim? A newer slicker xbox 360 its about thinner and and lighter than there older one. Maybe you won't hear about RROD with this console, If microsoft built it right.

It looks like the same size but has some shiney new bottom. Xbox 360 users will have to buy a Xbox360+ to use natal features in games. Their older console will not be able to run Natal FULL but still be able to run games that use natal for special features like how PS3 uses Six-axis controller disabled or enabled in games.

The console shall cost $249 for the 160gb and the 1TB at $399. Each console shall be bundled with the new Natal. Estimated release date is Fall 2010 when natal is released. IT WONT BE RELEASED with blu-ray or bluetooth.

Sorry, but I don't trust Xbox news from ps3news.com

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

I call BS

lol microsoft said it will work with every existing 360, and it comes from ps3news

But war... war never changes

I'm not buying this is real.

So... they are going to release Natal as a completely new 360 system? No compatibility with the 30m existing users? lol, that would be really stupid. If they want Natal to be the focus of a new Xbox then it needs to be a new Xbox. Not a blatantly redesigned 360.

I'm putting this as 90% not true.

BS... Maybe you should re-run the Microsoft press conference from E3...

They specifically said that every XBox 360 ever shipped will be able to use Natal.

LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I say its true, except for the Natal not working on older 360s part, which is a fabrication of epic proportions.  Also the 1TB drive is wrong.  More like 320GB.

MS does have a slim 360 coming next year, as I understand it.

doubt it very much
