They wouldn't make it exclusive to the Wii... would they? That would be huge, and require some real guts. If anything, I expect multi-platform development - on all consoles (& DS?).

Why do I have this feeling the RE5 for the Wii might not be impossible at all? (albiet a down-graded version of RE5 graphically...).

This pretty much confirms that it's Wii exclusive. I guess the denial can stop now.

my prediction for MH3.
It will be exclusive to Wii and there will be a version for the DS that allows trading/farming between handheld/console.

This will be Capcom version of Pokemon for the Nintendo platform.

This will be big for Nintendo because a lot of people refused to play Pokemon due to its kiddy image. They will now have an alternative.

I don't think I've actually ever heard any PS3 owners ever mention Monster Hunter 3, I wonder how long it would have taken them to notice.  Was this game on anyone's radar?  Still though a pretty big loss, the game is big in Japan isn't it?

What is it in the brackets? "Try"? A subtitle maybe?

This will have little to no effect on the North American market as you say, but the series is HUGE in Japan. It's really quite a coup for Nintendo.
