Dreamcast. That way you can get psyched for the Dreamcast 2, which should drop next month!
If I were you I'd get the Dreamcast or the GameCube. If you get one these two you can buy Skies of Arcadia 
The N64 has some great games but it hasn't aged that well, I think.
Never owned the other ones but I wouldn't mind having a Saturn myself...
Do you own a Wii? If you don't, get the GameCube. It had great games, better than the PS2 if you want my opinion (at least the first party support was amazing).
If you do own a Wii, get the Dreamcast. Grandia II, Skies of Arcadia, Power Stone 1 & 2 and Sonic Adventure 1 & 2 are must buys.
