Why would they announce it today when they can unveil a $299 Slim in 8 days at Gamescom.
Or maybe it could be a cut on the phat models to get them out of the way.
Anyway, I don't believe this.

That 299 euro PS3 is in Spain only yes? beacuse it's still 3900 SEK here in Sweden and have been like that for more then a year.

 

( Wii is 2650 SEK )

( 360 arcade 1900 SEK, PRO 2500 SEK, Arcade 3000 SEK )
