He's just teasing.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release. (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

yea, truly you will make for good target practice. We all know PC > console controls.

Definitely haha. But seriously...in the case of Portal...
I watched the video where they demonstrated Portal, it was on the PS3. I could definitely see how it took a few tiny, little tries to get the cursor lined up so the guy's portal was in the right position. Little movements on the analog stick are hard to get just perfect, but with a mouse you can put that Portal right where you want quite fast.
I don't mind using analog sticks, not trying to be a fanboy, but there are almost always more benefits when using a mouse and keyboard.

For me, it's simply a question of comfort and environment. My PC is set up in an office-type room with a relatively small monitor, whereas my living room has a high-definition television, surround sound and some exceptionally comfortable furniture. I've always preferred a gamepad for gaming controls, though that's likely because the majority of my favorite games are of Japanese origin rather than American.

Now that I have just finished playing portal for over 6 hours, I can say YES. Portal is fun and addictive. Especially if you get into some of the extras available.

I gave up and upped my Gamefly to two games at a time. There's no way I can afford 8-10 games in the next month and a half.Â

Do we now? I find console controls far better. The two analog sticks are so intuitive I don't have to put the slightest thought into it, every movement I do is instictual.
I'll be getting this game for the 360 after I get off work today. My wife will just have to be mad that I'll be ignoring her tonight, heh.
