I don't get why people say this. Nobody is expecting that if you play it, you are somehow going to become mature, or that you should be expecting some kind of Lynchesque experience. Mature ONLY means that you have to be mature to play it. Plain and simple.

Also, this game is not better than No More Heroes, but for a brawler it is a lot of fun. If you enjoyed games like Streets of Rage and Final Fight, you should really enjoy it.

It's good and by the same people who made Okami and another beat em up Godhand.
But it's not for everyone. It's very niche and short (beat em ups are short anyway)
It does have a decent story that is a direct mixed bag of both the fims the Running man and Escape from NY.

Now that it is at 20$ it's a def buy,so even if it ends up as not your type of game you know you didn't lose much.

Absolutely. For $50 its a pretty good game. For $20 its a great game.

I never liked the game play in "No More Heroes" because I thought the controls are extremely annoying and boss fights were too repetitive.  It reminded me of "Mike Tyson's Punch Out".  If you memorized a simple pattern the boss is easily defeated, but it is the only way to defeat the boss.  "MadWorld" adds a little more to the game play, but I still find it boring and it has repetitive boss fights.  I do not think either one of these games are as good as "Streets of Rage".

I definitely recommend it. For 20 bucks its a great deal.

This game went from a day 1 buy to falling off of my radar in no time flat. I think it's worth a second look now, though.

it's fun for 10 minutes, almost the same as no more heroes, then it gets boring as fuck.

Seriously just look at the game and decide.
