Getting this game for the X360 now. I was originally going to get this for the PS3 because of the Joker thing. But after playing the 2 demos, I really hate playing 3D games with the DS3. The X360 control so much better and more comfortable IMO. Also, the PS3 has visible Jaggies..

Graphics are good but not amazing. Bioshock, Mass Effect and Mirrors Edge are still leading the pack on UE3, besides Gears Of War of course.

The RSX does that intentionally....Why is that a problem?

You forgot all of Batman's villains you have to fight in the game (where I doubt you could just smash, stealth, grapple and beat them)...also, figuring out the puzzles and the added gadgets you will acquire as you go through the game makes me think it won't be repetitive.
