Still a good game.

...and Activision figures out that the Wii matters two years later.

Or maybe they were just testing the waters to see if this would sell on the Wii by putting it's sequel on the system first.

Well the CoD4 engine was never really ready at the time Modern Warfare 1 came out. That's right folks, World at War wasn't even much of a game with a readied engine. But we all pretty much knew that just by looking at it and playing it. The frame-rate drops, shoddy online, and not stellar texture compression should have told you folks that. This time around the engine for Wii has been updated and is ready. And since Activision and Vicarious Visions and licensing out their online system to all Wii devs, you should expect MW to have a similar online service as GH5. No friend codes, and true SD card support.

Too late. Anybody who owns a 360, PS3, or a capable enough PC already has it or will get MW2.

I have it on a PC. More than likely I am picking it up for my Wii.

Now what?

Why? You already have the superior version of the game.

Maybe because he likes to appreciate all consoles and treat them fairly. So he'll get the game for the Wii as well.

Or maybe I just want to play it with awesome Wii controls on my 46" TV.
