no, buying a 360 and then buying a slim is the most expensive, not to mention RPG's suggestion that i also build a gaming PC while I am at it.
It's important to note that where i live everything has to be imported so everything in US dollars has to be multiplied by about 10 to get to my currency. Things can get pretty expensive

I have a 60GB and I'm also thinking of selling it and get a slim since I don't need BC as I still got my ps2.....how much is your estimate of it's value? thnx.

I saw them selling for $200-$230 broken on Ebay, which is pretty close to the expected price of a PS3 slim. I also saw them sitting in the $350 - $400 range for working systems.
