Make the MP like gears 1 but with dedicated servers. Make the shotgun actually good. The whole lancer fest is retarted.

The length of the campaign was FINE. What they need is better and clearer storytelling. I guess the sequel had a better story, but it was all over the place and not all that clear while you were playing it. They introduced half a dozen elements that had no resolution. That's frustrating.

Make the Hammerburst/Lancer do more damage, and dedicated servers. Lag was so frustrating, and getting up from smoke grenades was a pain. At least they fixed the smoke grenade problem.
