No, it's an OXM exclusive on disc. Go buy the August issue of OXM (Issue 99). It also comes with L4D gamerpics.
Its an ok preview program. I like how fast everything is now. Avatar marketplace is a rip of, but avatar awards has some potential. I was hoping for Last.fm and all that stuff.
One question though. Did anyone else have their 360 update twice? It updated for the preview program 2 days ago, and just yesterday it had an even longer update yet I didn't notice anything different from before.

and in the systems >> memory device section you can clear your cache in the HDD without the need to input a code everytime
anyway it's just much faster and theres no long pauses when you search friends list.. I can't wait for a company like Square Enix to bring their avatar clothing on the marketplace.

oh the other thing I've heard from some people is that the preview decreases the game install sizes.. I tried this with mass effect by deleting and re-installing but ME don't have nothing new...
other games supposedly have a drastic decrease in install sizes and still no noticable difference when you play the game..
