some good stuff.... I wonder what the rewards for being a gold member for a long time will be... I must have been one for at least 6 years I reckon... maybe longer. I cant remember.

how can i check?

I wonder if they count your total years with XBL, because I've had XBL since 2003 and then I lost it a couple months ago. Then when I get Gold again, will they add those years to it?

The only thing I really don't like.

Avatars.

IMO they are hideous, annoying, and after this update, expensive! Still haven't created one, never will.

it's a lot quicker too, no hangups, no stalling.

This.  One of my biggest complaints was how long it took to do anything on the dashboard, while in game (message, etc).  This update fixed that right up.

My only gripe with it...

The prices for Avatar stuff.
I think that if you have maxed out a game, you should be able to download the clothing/accessories for free.

MS can't lose money forever you know. They are catching up with all the nickeling and diming!

It's just that simple.

Overall what I got mainly from the preview were avatar stuff, ratings for games, movies, faster dashboard, and small things like that

Its great, but I was expecting a bit more. Maybe its because Facebook/Twitter are still coming

LOL. You caught me watching Pineapple Express last night. Nice. As you can see I am sporting the puffy shirt as well.

But it says only 5 years on the gamercard. I have been on there since Live started.

There is going to be unlockable cloths in games.  As for the clothing pricing. It's pretty much the same as PSN, and other services that sell that stuff.
