Forums - Sales - 360 selling so hot it's selling out?

Many stores are trying to get through the old stock and prepare for the holiday bundles Microsoft will be releasing. There will basically be the new Core (Arcade) with the memory card, HDMI, and 5 arcade games, and there will be a new Premium and Elite that come with two games at the same price(349 and 449, respectively).

Every time I go to Best Buy, or any other store, I see a stack of at least 12 Xbox 360s. But then again, I haven't been to any game store besides Gamestop and Safeway for quite a while.

Yep I can see that happening. the 360 is goign to well well in NA this holiday and they would want to push stock that they have now to try and clear inventory for the bundles and newer models.

Also I haven't been checking XBOX inventory when I go out but I have seen a ton of copies of Halo in every store of course I imagine MS shipped a ton more than a ton of Halo 3.

The stores around here bought so many Xbox 360s w/ Halo 3, they couldn't find anywhere to put the Wii's, and everytime i enter I still see a big pile of 360s wasting valuable space >_>

My best buy had ~ 2,000 copies of Halo3 in stock and the usual assortment of X360's.  Congrats to MSFT on 'selling' 300M in Halo3 games in the first week! Let's see 2,000 copies sitting around in each best buy * number of best buys...well that was easy, wasn't it?

sure 2000 copies, lol , prove it

Around here, I have seen some Wii's hanging out. but no one is putting out ads saying they have them. I always see PS3's (my wife's work doesn't have them anymore because they claimed they sent them back.) And There is always some 360's around. oh well.
