Are you kidding me? I like Conduit, I think its a good game. I bought 2 copies thus far, one for me and one as a bday present for someone else.

Now, I would guarantee you 100% without a doubt had that game been on PS360, even with HD visuals, it would have sold at best the same. (Keep in mind that is only one weeks sales)

In comparison to the other shooters available on PS360 it is a sub-par game. The game is only good on Wii due to controls and fact that no other similar game exists on Wii.

Metroid prime 3 is about as close as you get. CoD titles were not as good on Wii.

Next year Sega will have a lot of AAA titles like: RoF, Bayonetta, and Valkarie Chronicles 2.

yea i really doubt that would be profitable on any system.  It would be good for gamers though, same situation with shenmue 3. 

Well there goes any chance for hardcore wii games from Sega ever again.

Now all they are gonna release is half-assed Sonic games for the console.

More a statement of fact. Not only have they sold more Wii titles than PS360 titles you've also got to take into account the smaller development and publishing costs associated with Wii tiles.

If the sales figures here are accurate it's sold 180,000 in 5 weeks which is good going for a new IP imo.

There are rumors that they were making a new handheld. That would make them lose alot of money.

I doubt The Conduit would do better on the HD consoles. One of the reasons the game is even noticed is because of the whole "OMG COOL LOOKING FPS ON THE WII" hype. If it were on the 360/PS3, it'd been considered a sub-par shooter compared to the ones the HD consoles has.

Not saying The Conduit is a bad game or anything though, I enjoyed it a lot.

here is what I can infer from this report about the future:

wii- will continue to receive most of the sega love in the coming future.

PS3- probably the HD console of choice for sega exclusives

xbox360- 200K really? ok so the 360 didnt have any exclusives like PS3(VC), its still crappy sales though.

conduit and madworld sales are barely average at best. SO what now for sega? theyr probably hoping their winter olympics title(s) will sell like tamiflu
