The first half was fantastic, the second only held up thanks to Dante's new weapons. But even so, it was boring. I bought it at $60, I wouldn't recommend it at $35. Get Prince of Persia. Last I went to Gamestop it was $20.

Not for $35, maybe $15 or so. Besides you have a ps3, wait for god of war, much better button masher IMO.

I think it should be said that Heavenly Sword is only 4-5 hours long |
Well he IS looking for a cheap game that he can finish in a week :P

Exactly a week, not in a couple of hours. I say Ninja Gaiden Sigma |
It took me 1 week* :(
*At 1 hr per day....

okay i just finished playing the demo for sigma. I couldn't get into it, the game speed was a bit too fast for my liking, the camera was even more troublesome than dmc4's and the commands seemed to complicated. I'm sorta just thinking getting a used version of dmc4 and praying that the disc isn't too badly scratched, the case isn't grimy and actually includes the manual.
No. It's really not that great. It's a mid-7s game. If you want a hack and slash, wait for God of War III, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 (if the difficulty doesn't put you off), and Dante's Inferno, and if you need one NOW, Heavenly Sword is better, and probably cheaper.
@animefobber, don't worry too much about scratching a blue ray, they are very scratch resistant

You beat Sigma in 7 hours?
What the hell?
I can't even finish it, it's that unfairly difficult. ON EASY. I want my nice friendly God of War on God difficulty, which is easier than Sigma on Ninja Dog.
