He already said he will.
Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.

I am going to get it for the PS3. Just I like achievements better than Trophies, as well as the controller.
Plus the Xbox is in my room whereas the PS3 is downstairs. So I can play my Xbox more than my PS3

Sony discust you... why?
They are giving PS3 gamers the best version of a game, even while they seem to be losing a shit load of money.
I think that makes Sony rather cool, to be honest.

Are we even sure that this is Sony's doing? Or is it that the dev just likes sony better

No they should find ways to profit, this game will be great in the end.

If "business" means "do anything you want as long as it brings you more money", than yeah, that's business. That would be the capitalism of the 19th century. But 200 years later and with the cold war already being over, people should finally understand that it's not just the will of the industry bosses that should count, but also the interests of the people. Sorry if I deviated too much from the subject, and I'm looking forward to beeing yelled "communist" at by some ultra conservatives ;) |
Ummmm, do you realise that the legal mandate for the corporation hasn't changed since it was first created in the 19th century? There is only one law for corporations and that is to maximise shareholder income. There is no legal obligation on any company to provide the same content on all platforms for a given game. And companies are amoral, they only do what they are legally required to do, and even then if they can profit more by breaking the law even if they get caught rather than obeying the law then they will.
OT: I guess it's too bad for the 360 folks, but it's all swings and roundabouts, and they're only games after all (says he who lamented at length over VC2 going to PSP). This is the way the game is played by the VG companies right now; accept that as reality or give up gaming. Sony's going to win more converts than it loses people who think it was dirty pool and swear off Sony for some percieved moral wrong.

I don't think incomplete games should be selling on any of the consoles, chill out. |
I agree, Gears of War was seriously incomplete because the PC version had that whole extra level the 360 version didn't have. It should never have been released on the 360 at all then.
(see what I did there)
