And odd choice considering that PS2 was stronger in Europe than North America (i think).

Europe's general taste in games is atrocious, see the sales of Persona 4 there compared to NA. Releasing Sakura Wars in Europe for any console is a waste of your money. Heck, releasing 85% of JRPG's/SRPG's there is a waste...
