Because if you take away all the Japanaese releases on both consoles, the PS3 list will look even shorter compared to the X360.

BTW there's 6 Japanese only games for 360 and 7 Japanese only games for PS3. The two that you might have missed are Memories Off 6 : Next Relation and Memories Off 6 : T-wave.
