Sony must not rush GT5. They shouldn't look at Forza but think for themselves. GT5 is big, we all know it. If this game fails then I don't see a hit sellers moving consoles...-maybe- God Of War 3 though.

In the US, Gamestop is known for having guesstimated dates and even listing canceled games in its list of upcoming titles.

I am not saying that it will not happen. I am saying that I find it hard to believe that it is only two months away and there is no hype.

who cares about forza xbots.. this thread is not about that game....

OT its good to see that mab this game is coming out this year but even if it doesnt i have a whole lot of games that i want so it will only save me money.

I agree that Forza3 is the underdog, it is in a no-lose situation really.

I agree that the number of people who will buy a new PS3 especially those already with a 360 will not be as high as some might think. What I do think though is they have the possibility of engineering a perfect storm in a similar way to the 360 last year.

Even if they achieved this I think it will dissapoint as it will not hit the top end of the expectation but it will certainly keep the 360 fanboy quiet for a few weeks.

That is so wrong Kowen.

Every game released is a system seller because there are people waiting for that certain game.

Price is the MAIN thing now, but Gran Turismo 5 will certainly boost PS3 sales a lot, for at least 2-3 weeks.
