Heeeey, I actually thought that Eternal Sonata was much better than let's say Star Ocean 2 (the only SO I've played).

OT: I probably won't buy this since I thought SO2 was mediocre, and that's supposed to one of the better ones in the series. Don't care if it's true or not =)

I actually enjoyed SOIV, the voices wasn't so bad except that little girl with her damn KAY kay kay kay over and over and over again.



If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

meh its his own taste, i personally like FFX-2 (and FFVII :  DoC )  , i don't really care what anyone says, i had fun with these games, though i gotta admit i hated this part XD

Just because you have fun with a game does not make it a good game. I love Dynasty Warriors but they are absolutely terrible. I hate Tom Clancy games, but I recognize that they're well made. I hate GTA, Infamous, Prototype, etc, but that doesn't mean the games are bad.

 

Star Ocean 4 had too many non-subjective issues with it that I can not find it to be a good game.

That as well Disgaea, Eternal Sonata, Folklore, and even some of the PS1 RPGs. (Wild Arms 1, 2, FF7, and Suikoden)

I'd say SO4 was about as good Enchanted Arms and Cross Edge.

Someone pointed this out for me on another website...Horrible shitty voice acting...I cant believe companies like SE can get away with these

voice acting,FF's games like persona 4 which have samller budgets have better voice acting than this crap.

Yes Star Ocean: The Last Hope was Great, the Battle system and characters (except one...little kid loli thing...) were awesome! but the voice acting was the most crap i heard this gen in english lol.

As great as SO4 is, VC surpasses it in all Levels except extra missions AFTER the game is done, SO4 continues the hardcore extra dungeon thing with 2 insanely hard (yes easy compared to the last one till the end of time) extra side missions and THATS what truly gives it its epic value, like ALL Tri-Ace games!

But WTF@ Music.... i thought you didn't like Tri-Ace games... >_>

seriously u bought a 360 for that game alone, if released on the ps3 there is nothing left that isn't multiplatform

 

u better go and find a exclusive xD

Yeah it was my main reason for getting a 360.

 

But i have a new reason now... it's called... well i forget but there is another game coming only for 360 so lol.
