A recent picture suggests that a PSN EU Movie Store might hit our systems before October the 1st. As you can see on this recent picture that i tied with the 'PSN cards coming to Europe' article, it states that you can use it to purchase 'full length movies, TV Shows and more!' off the Store. Unless there is some small print on the back, Sony could not get away with selling these unless there is a movie store in place by October the 1st (When the EU PSN cards go on sale). This to me hints that us Europeans may be getting our movie store in the next few months. Maybe Sony might announce it at that big 3 hour conference they have coming up!

I would assume so, it makes sense to roll it out to the remaining userbase simulatneously rather than introduce it in phases.
