I think this is BS also as for them to sell this 1TB HDD console it would need to be well expensive or selling each of them at a major loss! We will have to wait and see...

I think Pachter was the one who originated the 1TB HD rumor. Not sure why it gained traction.
It's a codename probably and a 1TB HDD is the biggest shit I've heard in weeks.

Microsoft's marketing division will come up with something a little more impressive than that.

Well, a 1 TB drive isn't completely out of the question...

I still don't think it'd happen though.

How can Natal be built in?
Don't you need to place the camera where its best for you?

By "built in" I'm sure it means "in the box." MS would still like to sell the Natal camera to the other 30 million Xbox owners, assuming this is the direction they see the platform really going.
I see no reason why MS couldn't offer a Natal bundled SKU with a 250GB HDD (or more) for $299 next year. At that price, I would simply buy a new 360 rather than upgrade proprietary drives and buy a Natal camera (which I see being priced same as a controller at $50).
this would cost like 1500 dollars if true...
100 gig hard drive would be 900
natal would be 200
the system would be 400 to make a profit and run natal...
