Actually I take that back, it will probably come out in 2011. |
I said far from polished compared to the final game.. Go watch the game clips..

Oh I watched them. But then those were playable, Galaxy 2 is still a trailer.
One thing that caught my attention in the Galaxy 2 trailer is the sky, but also you have to consider the starting point. It's using the same engine so definitely some things will look better from the start. But then again, it hasn't been playable yet.
I think they'll end up sticking with the early 2010 date, but i'm a hopeless optimist. Plus the fact that EAD Tokyo would have had more than two years to work on it given that release date, 2+ years to work on a game with the same exact engine, and where some parts (small parts, but there nonetheless) of the game are exactly the same as Galaxy
Let's say March or April 2010

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
it looks more polished than than the 2006 galaxy trailers and stuff, also a lot of the work was already done from the start since they already had the engine, some character models, ect.
come try out the computer game i've been working on for my high school senior project, titled sling ball. http://vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=76669&page=1
you can view a few screenshots from the game in my photo album here; http://www.vgchartz.com/photos/album.php?album=2312

Nobody knows anything really... the 1-1-10 date is just a placeholder. I imagine it will be released sometime in 2010 when sales of New Super Mario Bros Wii subside a bit. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter that the game is probably almost done we have to deal with Nintendo's marketing.
