Current Chairman and CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment, Kaz Hirai, will be giving the keynote at this year's Tokyo Game Show.

The keynote, titled "New Tactics for 2009", will kick off on September 24th at 10:30am. There will also be a panel discussion about tactics and strategy for global game makers featuring execs from Capcom, Sony, Bandai Namco and Square Enix.

This year's Tokyo Game Show runs from September 24 to September 27 at the Makuhari Messe convention center in Chiba, Japan.

Maybe he'll blow our minds and explain how 2009 was actually the year of the PS3, thanks to new tactics in judging the success of products on the market.

Suppose the slim model would be a new tactic with regards to the PS3, but not in terms of hardware in general.

Sony will pull something nice, hopefully Dark Cloud 3.
