And another thing, I can't agree to something I don't know. Example: as I have never tried to watch DVD movies on the Wii or X360 I cannot agree to any statement which mentions those features, or lack thereof.

This therefore is only a treaty that can be signed by people who have used and assessed for themselves the various features of all 3 consoles. People who have only used 1 or 2 of the consoles are therefore indemnified from any and all undertakings implied in or required by this treaty.

statements like that can have deeper, more insulting meanings. Many people could take that as saying I was a "rabbid fanboy," where I merely have opinions that disagree with the gamer's constitution. That's why I was defensive.

The "constitution" is missing some important current-gen systems, and will be out-of-date in a few years anyway. Not signing.

I think it's impossible to be unbiased. It's ok to strive to be unbiased, but we'll never achieve such a state.
