Don't be naive, you don't get banned for one offence, if you go online with the attitude of all mods are out to get you then my guess is you're acting like a prick constantly and deserve it. Mods can be biased but I'm pretty sure they cannot ban you without giving you some warnings and suspension in warning first, funny enough he didn't mention his past discretions up front which I'm sure is the information that is really going to sink his case.
