Wii Sports Resort launch games

Wii Sports Resort launches this Friday (look out for our review soon) and Nintendo has revealed a few launch party details to get you in the mood.

The firm will be "recreating a tropical party island for all the family at":

• Game, 100 Oxford Street, London, W1D 1LL (9am to 9pm)
• Argos, Unit 2, The Gantry, 22-26 The Headrow, Leeds 8EQ (8am to 8pm)
• Smyths, Unit 424, Blanchardstown Centre, Dublin (9am to 9pm)
• GameStation, 138 Birmingham New Street, Birmingham (9am to 7pm)According to the PR, "Everyone will be treated to a Wii Sports Resort Beach Party, complete with fantastic giveaways, beach party tunes plus the opportunity to play the best game to hit our shores - Wii Sports Resort!"

But that's not all. "Party goers will not only get an exclusive hands on play of the game but will also be in with the chance to win an amazing luxury water sports and beach holiday in Halkidiki, Greece." It's not really our idea of a "holiday of a lifetime" but we'll take that over a fortnight in Bognor any day.
