Not if they develope it the game the way I think Nintendo is. If they put their 1st string teams on them and don't skimp on the content they should be able to make games several times larger than the previous ones and/or more complex.
Think what Super Mario Bros. (NES) is to Donkey Kong Country (SNES) or Bug! (SegaSaturn) or Clockwork Kight (SegaSaturn).
