You don't think Tales will sell 150k? That would still be selling worse than the 360 version!

Why next year? Isn't Vesperia supposed to prove your point in September? Anyways we all know Tales of Graces is going to outsell both versions of Vesperia. Sorry but ToV is not the Tales highlight this year. |
I think he's talking FF13.
And you think Graces will make it out this year?

And Tales of Vs will outsell them both

Yeah I don't think it'll sell as well as the 360 version of the product.
Tales of Versus will probably sell half of what Graces does.

If it doesn't come out this year then it's coming out early next year. Either way it's slated for Winter and is in close proximity with Vesperia PS3.

I dunno Claude. Tales of the World 2, which looks worse than Versus, did over 250k I believe. Graces isn't doing 500k.
Yes, I believe Eternia sold more than that, but the series popularity has really faded. Every entry has seen a decrease in sales. (for main titles if you combine PS2/GC Symphonia against Abyss)
Versus is going to sell on par with Radiant Mythology 2 so somewhere around 300k. Actually it might do worse since it's a fighter and not an RPG. Namco has never gone with a purely fighting Tales game so it's somewhat unpredictable in that there's nothing to compare it to in that sense, but being a fanservice game, I expect it to appeal to at least part of the same group that bought RM2 if they're not burned out yet.
And yes, Graces will sell 500k. If anything that might be lowballing it, this is Team Destiny we're talking about. The other games suffered from poor choices and bad circumstances. Vesperia didn't stand a chance on 360 and mothership titles just don't belong on handhelds. But everything is set up perfectly for Graces, Wii is easily the right platform for all Tales games. It's got nothing to do with popularity, Symphonia sold 300k, Rebirth did 600k, Legendia did 300k, Abyss did 500k and so on...

I forgot Tales of Vs is a spin off fighter and Graces is a mothership title.

But those are Team Symphonia titles. |
Didn't they make Tales of Hearts?
