My Dalish Warrior is loving it...at level 10, he will takea break to allow my Human Mage to come to life!
I just got an insane deal for this at Gamestop. They're having a promotion where you can trade in any 2 games from a list they provide and get 40 dollars off. I traded in 2 games that normally would have been worth like 15 bucks. It applies to to other games as well, here it is:

They must have added that clause at the bottom just this afternoon, Symphonia was one of the games I traded. I'm just about to pop this into my PS3.
Well so far I haven't played it much. The character creation was pretty good, but I've seen more detailed ones. Regardless I was able to make a hero that looked like me
As far as the gameplay so far, the graphics are the only shocker. I was expecting a bit better. I was hoping for at least Oblivion level graphics but this doesn't quite reach that, even. Not too big of a deal, as gameplay and story is what matters most in a game like this and so far as a Human Warrior it seems to follow the KotOR battle system pretty well and I'm just getting started with the epic story of becoming a Grey Warden!
All in all, I am looking forward to finishing this game. And the achievements themselves speak for the replay value since every achievement has at least one alternate for making the opposite choice or whatever. Can't wait to finish at least one play through before MW2!

Yeah, the replay value of this game is insane. I already want to replay the game and I'm not even done with the first game. So many different paths you can take. Just insane.
Alright I'll jsut lay it out for you all.
If you have a PC get this on the PC, the combat system and management is honest to god tough even at the normal setting and even with a M+KBD+ Pause it is still tough to keep trackof what's going on in the middle of a fight.
Other than that. THIS GAME FUCKING ROCKS!
VERY minor spoiler!!!
Anyone else think that the human origin story is THE EXACT SAME damn thing as The Witcher?

The PC version is getting better reviews, but I wouldn't say it is definetly the way to go. The controls for the consoles seem to work perfectly, so the core game I think is great. The advantage for the PC version seems to be the community made content. However, it sounds like Bioware is going to support this game pretty heavily, so any version should be awesome.
I actually haven't played the human origin or witcher, so I have no idea what you are talking about
I'm just curious, what class and species are you guys? I'm a rogue Dalish Elf, just got through the whole origin story today, and thought it was great. Love the codex, journal, and convo history (put this in Mass Effect 2 BioWare!).
