Ye, but he is commited to Chelsea. I wouldnt see any reason for him to sign for Man City. Apart from going from 150,000 a week to probably 1 million.
But seriously, when youve got over 5 million £ what does money matter?

Zexen.
Carlo Ancelotti has reiterated he expects Chelsea captain John Terry to reject a move to Manchester City.
England skipper Terry, 28, currently on tour with his club in the United States, has yet to reaffirm his loyalty to the Stamford Bridge outfit.
But Blues manager Ancelotti said: "I am sure he will remain at Chelsea. I am sure, 100%. He has a contract for three years more."
City have reportedly offered the defender a £200,000-a-week deal.
The ambitious club have already spent £50m to recruit Carlos Tevez, Gareth Barry and Roque Santa Cruz this summer and are willing to splash out as much as £40m to land Terry, who came through the youth ranks at Chelsea.

the bold is what suprises me most about the story, i mean, after how long hes been with them and what he has acheived, im amazed he isnt commited to them
Yeah your right. If he was commited you would have thought he would have quickly said so.
I also find it funny how ancelloti is 100% sure he will stay
Also a massive potential transfer here
Barcelona have ‘agreed in principle’ to sign Inter striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic according to Barca president Joan Laporta. Reports suggest that Inter will receive £34million plus Cameroon striker Samuel Eto’. There has been major speculation over the Cameroonian international’s future this summer and it looks like he will now move to Italy.
Eto' is better than Ibrahimovic and yet 34million will be going the way of the Italian giants. I would have thought Manchester United would have been interested in him considering his qualitiy

well, they both had great seasons, so im sure they will do well at there new clubs.
as for United, why would we need another striker? we already have 3 world class ones, thats enough, more than that, and they wont play and will get upset.
Before they signed Owen, a few of my United friends said they were going to splash the cash on a striker and he was the first name that came to mind.

oic, well, i know we made a bid for Benzema.
Owen should be good imo, he has lots of experience playing and scoring in the premiership, so will be good competition for Berbatov.
Valencia i imagine will be straight replacement for Ronaldo on the right of midfield.
Here are the Bundesliga transfers: http://www.transfermarkt.de/de/wettbewerb/L1/1-bundesliga/transfers/transferuebersicht.html
Left: players who came, Right: players who went
Most interesting:
- Bayern traded Lúcio to Inter for just 8 mio.* (but why should I care, I'm not a Bayern fan despite living only 15 km away from their Allianz Arena)
- Stuttgart still has more than 27 mio. left to spend from their Gomez transfer to Bayern
Personally I'm a bit sad that BVB lost Alex Frei to his old team FC Basel, but without participation in 09/10 Europe League my team have to set their sights lower these days.
(*ridiculously low imo in comparison to many insane transfer sums nowadays)

Lucio? As in the Brazilian centre back who is really good! Why are they selling him, are Bayern short of money or something hes been a rock for them for as long as i can remember.

The sold him because four things came together.
- His contract would've run out next year, better some money than none. While Bayern has not a money-problem and is one of the healthiest club moneywise in the world, they always act like merchants.
- He wanted a longer one for 3 years, but Bayern denied, because he would've been 35 by then, and his last season wasn't that convincing.
- New coach van Gaal, wants to have left-footed players on the left centre back, and right-footed players on the right centre back. That would've made four players fight for one position (Demichelis, van Buyten, Breno, Lucio). While Young Badstuber and newly-signed Braafheid compete on the left position. Lucio wasn't to happy with this plan and wanted a guarantee, that he would play, which Bayern nearly never gives to any player.
- While Lucio is without a doubt a great player, he always had his "discipline"-problems on the pitch. There were so many situations, in the last years, were he got the ball and run in his wounded-gazelle-running-style forwards to score a goal. A system change with van Gaal, caused the problem to get biggger, because with only one defensive midfielder (Tymoshuk) you need to trust the centre backs to stay back.
