Um yeah, just to ruin the good mood, our run to the cup will probably be

Germany

Argentina

Spain

Brazil

Yes, I saw that too. As the same applies to Germany, I actually feel quite relaxed now about today's match of our team vs. Ghana. If the young German team wins today they will have a very hard time to reach the final or win the cup anyway, if they are already out of the tornament this evening we still have a very promising team for the future (and hopefully a new good coach on Löw's level, who will resign after a preliminary drop out).

At this WC there's a chance we will see some very interesting matches already in round of last 16, not only a probable GER vs. ENG but also NED vs. ITA and of course ESP vs. POR or BRA.

On the other hand there's a also the chance of course that GER, ITA and ESP won't even make it to the last 16.

well that was fun and painful at the same time, especially when those blocks were going in,good work terry,

at least we got through, but we made a real mess of that group, who knows who will win group d but you have to fancy the germans when it matters,we just blew a quarter final against uruguay or s.korea as opposed to argentina if we win our next game,

still, looking forward to whoever we meet in the knockout, sunday night pens anyone?

i like our red kit too, alawys have

                                                                                                                                        Above & Beyond

actually green blew it,can we still blame green HAHA,

if i was the german coach i'd be desperately trying to wangle second in group D because then you have USA,KOREA,URUGUAY in your way to the semis,i don't know but i bet it will be the lucky italians who have to face  one of those lot in the semis

He didn't argue, he came in to calm down hes guys and then went on to appologise to the referee, who shot him dead.

I saw it wrong I guess. I will default into him doing it as a way of making up for his earlier blown call. The USA team has lost 3 wins in the last 3 World Cups. If there was a fourth it would have been his head on a platter. It is also my theory on why he added 4 minutes to the game. Shit call, but at least he was trying to even out his shit calls.

That is a possibility, but for that to happen, either they draw and Australia win. Or they win and Serbia win by 3 more goals, so I think either Germany are through top or out, I would say they are going through top

England 2-1 Germany

England 3-2 Argentina

England 4-1 Spain

England 1-0 Brazil

COME ON ENGLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Judging from England's performance so far that seems highly unlikely.

Personally I think they might win their next game, but they'll lose in the quarter finals (against Argentina).

So same old same old.

bah, I will not give up on my team till the end, hell with the haters!

yes munkeh,i don't think anyone can play for a draw(not that they would or should) in groupo d because anyone can still win

maybe its ghana's destiny to get far in this world cup,if they draw with the germans and serbia beat the aussies whoever gets it can thank the football gods as anyone would rather play the usa/korea/uruguay than england/argentina as a route to the semi's

but maybe spain and italy might flip the draw around a bit with their results too

Well a quarter final with Argentina is a certainty, and I don't see how our defence is going to cope with those strikers. Cole and Johnsen will be penned back, and so we will lack width in the final 3rd

i can't see mexico beating argentina either

england v germany is a tough one to call, both quite similiar if you ask me,so who knows

messi and the rest should take us apart with their passing, but england can make argentina do funny things, not sure why but they do,but i also think it might be maradona's destiny to win this world cup as a boss

the only team i know we won't beat is brasil and we never have at a world cup
