I think that was a poor April Fools attempt. The joke wasn't even funny

Steve Mclaren is really good.. but also the FC Twente president for bring him and the players he has now.. the players aren't the best but he created a really good playing team of them.. everyone is in line with Mclaren's idea, no complaints from the players,  good discipline, good attacking football, no strange tactics.. it's Mclaren..  he seems to be more relaxed here then he was a the England Manager.. way less pressure from everyone on him makes a big difference.. A lot of people were surprised when he came but now, lots of respect from the public, press, and other teams for his side and his coaching.

No he only served a one game ban. It was a professional fault and not a violent one.

I always thought it was 3 game ban for straight red and 1 game ban for red.

Depends on the reason for sending off. Minimum one match though.

Denying obvious goal / goalscoring opportunity (DOGSO)= 1 match
Offensive or abusive language / gestures (OFFINABUS) = 2 matches
Violent Conduct / Serious Foul Play (VC/SFP) = 3 matches

Plus an extra match if sent off earlier same season.
